A bespoke 60m² modular entertaining space set within the green belt, designed to bring together a full‑size pool table, movie room, shower room and a flexible office suitable for occasional sleepovers. The client approached GYD Modular after struggling to find a solution within budget; we delivered a tailored design that met every requirement, with costs held firm despite weather‑related delays over winter.
